Stir-fry

Deep fry

Marinade (velvet)

Sweet & sour sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinade sliced pork and set aside for 30 minutes
  2. Mix sweet & sour sauce ingredients well and set aside
  3. Prepare aromatics & vegetables
  4. Coat pork with cornstarch. Double fry and dish out
  5. Stir fry aromatics & vegetables
  6. Add pork and then sauce. Mix well and serve hot
