Ingredients

Serving size: 4 people

Instructions

  1. Prepare onions and carrots
  2. Crack eggs and add salt, white pepper. Beat until well combined
  3. Add oil and stir fry onions, followed by carrots
  4. Transfer onions and carrots to eggs
  5. Add more oil and pour in egg mixture. Flip once eggs are golden brown and aromatic. Serve hot
