Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients B for thirty minutes.
  2. Prepare sauce ingredients and set aside
  3. Combine the cornstarch and baking soda and coat the marinated chicken
  4. Double deep fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  5. Heat the sauce mixture until it becomes a thick gravy.
  6. Add in chicken and toss the chicken to coat with gravy
  7. Garnish and serve.
